FATHER DAUGHTER CAMPING TRIP 2021
Mohammed Webb Foundation’s Annual Father-Daughter Camping Trip will take place from Saturday, October 16th to Sunday, October 17th at Starved Rock State Park. The cost is $80 per father-daughter pair ($20 for any additional daughters). Food and Kayaking are included in the cost of the trip. The trip is open to all fathers and daughters. Even if you are new to camping, we invite you to join us for hiking, kayaking, fun games, and campfire smores!
The items you will need to bring include:

Change of clothing and Toiletries.
Brothers have also found mats or inflatable mattresses to be very helpful for sleeping.

10-2 Kayaking – We will be renting a large flotilla of kayaks, which will be available between 10-1. We ask that as many people show up at 10 as possible so we can make it a group Kayak. You may kayak as long as you wish, but we are estimating an hour per group.

1:30 – 3:30 – Tent Setup

3:30 – 6:00 – Games/Sport Activity

5:00 – 6:00- Dinner Prep

6:00 – 7:00 – Dinner

7:00 – 9:00 – Prayer followed by evening activities: Campfire (“Scary stories” Educational Islamic Story)/Smores/Socializing/Star Gazing

NOTE: Each father/daughter(s) is responsible to bring their own tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pads, etc. We will take care of the food, drinks, snacks, and other supplies. More details on what to bring will be sent out to those who RSVP.
